It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary K Pleskac (Omaha, Nebraska), who passed away on August 29, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nels Nelson and Mary Kaye Nelson; her sister-in-law Helen Nelson; her nephew Tony Nelson; and her daughter-in-law Jackie Pleskac.
She is survived by: her husband Joe; her siblings, Lu Goldsberry (Doug), Ron Nelson (Barb), Pat Nelson (Donna) and Rick Nelson; her children, Joe III Pleskac (Sarah), Jeremy Pleskac (Kellie), Chris Salvatore, Chad Salvatore and Adam Salvatore (Jessica); and her grandchildren, Justin Swanger, Mikaila Poisel, Jacob Pleskac, Ty Pleskac, Grant Pleskac, Garrett Pleskac, Grayden Pleskac, Owen Salvatore, Leo Salvatore, Lilianna Salvatore, Vinnie Salvatore, Bennett Salvatore, Hayden Salvatore and Braylee Salvatore.

Mary worked several years in the healthcare industry as a pharmacy technician and purchaser before eventually retiring due to Parkinson's relentless grip.
