She was predeceased by: her parents, Emiliano Chavez and Eugenia Chavez; and her brother-in-law Angel of Castro. She is survived by: her son Ricardo Reyes (Ashley); her former husband Patricio Reyes; and her siblings, Ruben Chavez (Dollie), Evelyn Chavez of Castro, Emiliano Chavez Jr. (Maria Victoria), Alice Chavez and Rene Chavez (Regina). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
