He was predeceased by: his mother Refugio Montes De Martinez. He is survived by: his sons, Austin Martinez and James Martinez; his grandchildren, Naveah Martinez and Carlos Martinez; and his sisters, Maria, Angeles and Anna. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
