He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare Gries (Martz) and Melvin Gries; and his sisters, Cathy and Elsie. He is survived by: his wife Leslie; and his siblings, Linda Jones (Don) and Frank Strong (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends.
