He is survived by: his wife Barb Nelson; his children, Alicia Enquist (Justin), Peter (Ashlee), Anna Lackore (Evin), Micah (Esther), Luke (Emily), Josiah (Eliza), Levi (Hosanna) and Grace Musah (Alim); and his brothers, Rich (M. A.), Dale (Kathy), Ken (Ginger) and Kevin (Helen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
