As Kathryn departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Kathryn. Though Kathryn may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Buck; and her brother Michael Fideler. She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Buck (Christy), Dan Buck (Ivan) and Roger Buck; and her siblings, Russel Fideler (Annette) and Karen Fideler (Ron). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, her extended family and many good friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the 72nd Street Chapel (1010 N 72nd St, Omaha, NE 68114). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Omaha National Cemetery (14250 Schram Rd, Omaha, NE 68138).
