Joy Holtmeier Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 74, Joy Holtmeier in Omaha, Nebraska, born in Cheyenne, Wyoming passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Joy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ann Hicken and Fred Hicken (Sid Holtmeier); and her brothers, Jack, Jerry and Jim.
She is survived by: her sister Janice Baasch; and her sons, Sid Alan (Tammy), Christopher (Melissa) and Michael. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
