He is survived by: his son William; his daughter-in-law Heidi Owens of Ottumwa; his granddaughters, Meredith Sly (Mike), Hannah Everding (Braden) and Caroline; his son Peter; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Owens of Seymour; his granddaughters, Farryn Creech (Brandon) and Rebekah; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Hadley Sly, Oliver, Theodore and Charlie Everding.
