In loving memory of Jean Royer in Omaha, Nebraska, born in Neola, Iowa, who departed this world on November 18, 2024 at the age of 91. Jean leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Thomas and Tena Thomas (Wohlers); her spouses, Helen, William McIntosh, Bernice and Richard Hansen; and her sister Mildred Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Dan "Curly" Royer (Sharon) of Woodbine, Julie (Mike Kleffman) of Harlan and Jim (Jayna) of Woodbine; and her grandchildren, Jill Royer, Jeana Matcha (Ryan), Justina Royer, Kylie Velazquez (Tony), Craig Royer (Nicole Miller) and Reid Kleffman.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fouts Funeral Home- Woodbine (501 Normal St, Woodbine, IA 51579). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the First Lutheran Church (724 N 8th St, Missouri Valley, IA 51555).
