She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Parkhurst and Garland Parkhurst; her brother Kevin Parkhurst; and her daughter Connie Cook. She is survived by: her great grandchild Rudy Requejo, Jr.; her children, Janey Edds, Michael Cook (Lori), Holly Dera (David), Richard Cook (Susan), Thomas Thompson (Gabriella), Robert See and Sandy Davis; and her sister Melanie Hawkins. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
