He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Cullip. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Cullip (Janell) and Kim Thurber (Ryan); and his grandchildren, Brittany Frederick (Aaron), Cole Cullip, Taylor Cullip and Kelsey Thurber.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the 72nd Street Chapel (1010 N 72nd St, Omaha, NE 68114). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
