He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Isabel. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Ron (Jodi) and Tony (Stephanie); his siblings, Sharon Smith (Jerry), Joe and Jeff; and his granddaughters, Emmilie and Carlie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family for a future golf memorial.
