She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelio Martinez Sr. and Ramona Torres Martinez; her husband Marcos Mejia Sr.; her children, Amanda Hernandez and Marcos Mejia Jr.; and her siblings, Elias "Lee", Rudy Martinez and San Juana Plunkett.
She is survived by: her daughter Adela; her grandchildren, Arturo Hernandez, Marco Hernandez, Jennifer Hernandez, Bon Mejia, Abby Mejia, Flo Mejia, Ernestina Mejia, Adriana Castro Mejia, Leslie Castro Mejia and Axel Mejia; her great grandchild Elijah Hernandez; and her siblings, Maria Martinez, Cornelio Martinez Jr., Raul Martinez and Gilbert Martinez Sr..
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wherry Mortuary (202 N 3rd St, Tecumseh, NE 68450). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (333 Jackson St, Tecumseh, NE 68450).
