She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rippe and Elsie Kirchhoff Rippe (Avoca); her husband O. Merle Hennings; and her in-laws, Maynard Rippe (Eva Mae), Raymond Rippe (Betty), Leora Emshoff (Wilbert) and Marlene Sutton (Richard).
She is survived by: her sons, Alan Hennings (Cindy) of Omaha, NE, Gary Hennings (Marci) of The Villages, FL and Scott Hennings (Barbara) of Urbandale, IA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
