He was predeceased by: his siblings, Larry, Jeanne, Helen and Bill. He is survived by: his close friend Pat Day; his wife Pat; his children, Todd Hotchkiss (Linda) and Jodie Cieslik (John); his grandchildren, Ben, Alex, Ethan Hotchkiss, Brooke Gardner (Ryan) and Meredith Cieslik; and also, Jodie and Todd.
