He is survived by: his wife Kelly Onak; his daughter Cora Byron (Evan); his grandchildren, Haylee, Valencia and Guy; his sister Jeannette Onak; his mother-in-law Sally Carlson; his daughters, Stephanie Moyer and Jessica Johnson; and his sisters-in-law, Dorri Ryan (Bill) and Lori Radford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, his poker family and friends.
