We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2019, at the age of 51, Dennis Lee Fase (Omaha, Nebraska) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Karen K. Sr (McCormick) and Robert W. Fase, Sr.; his spouse Becky Ann Krietemeyer; his sister Debra Sheppard; his children, Benjamin, Olivia and Alexander; and his brother Robert W. Fase, Jr.. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorials be made in Dennis' name to Imagine!, the YMCA of Northern Colorado, or the Boulder Community Health Foundation.
