He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Gladys. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his children, Tim, Rachelle, Courtney, Josh, Carissa, Chelsea, Autumn and Trinity; and his siblings, Vicki, Cheryl and Steve. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
