He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Magdalena Rishel (Steglich) and Joseph Boyd Rishel. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristin Louise Rishel and Kari Marie Rishel; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Brummer (Hans), Alexander Randazzo and Paisley Matzen; and his siblings, Mary Lane Nigrin, Donald Rishel, John Rishel (Cork), Delores Lorence, Barbara Richt, Linda Bergstrom and Diann Forcade.
