Cynthia Peklo Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Peklo of Omaha, Nebraska, born in McCook, Nebraska, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hays and Alice Hays (Vogt); and her brother-in-law Duane Leibbrandt. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Peklo of Lincoln; her sisters, Colleen Bode (Ted) of Omaha, NE and Pamela Leibbrandt of Culbertson, NE; her grandchildren, Nikita Marie Skougard (Sean), Charles H. Sanford Albertson II, Isaac Scott Albertson and Lucas Chance Albertson; and her great grandchildren, Dedrick James Peklo, Xalya Rai Lynn Skougard and Oliver Albertson. She is also survived by four nephews and nieces, and nine great-nephews and nieces.
Memorials may be given in her memory to the Gothenburg Volunteer Fire Department.
