With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Colleen Brudny (Omaha, Nebraska), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 13, 2024 at the age of 63. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Kenny and Bettie Kenny; her husband John Brudny; her sister-in-law Elaine Hill; and her nephews, Clayton Schofield, James Larson and James Thomas Lyons.
She is survived by: her daughters, Emily Brudny and Abigail Brudny; and her brothers, Timothy Kenny (Sandra), Michael Kenny (Kimberly), Stephen Kenny (Mary Jean), Patrick Kenny (Susan), Mark Kenny (Mary Pat), Christopher Kenny (Christine) and Brian Kenny (Kesa). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (2110 S 32nd Ave, Omaha, NE 68105). A Mass was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 4503 Center St, Omaha, NE 68106.
