She is survived by: her husband Charles Maxwell; her daughters, Pamela Maxwell, Melissa Volentine, Rita Nelson and Tina Maxwell; her grandchildren, Charles Vitols, Carissa Volentine, Courtney Volentine, Wyatt Nelson and Kinsley Nelson; her great grandchildren, Hudson, Mackenzie and Dakota Graff; and her sister Ileeta Scolaro.
