She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald L. Pettit; her parents, Robert E. Downing and Lois M. Downing; and her brother Richard A. Downing. She is survived by: her brother Robert J. Downing; her children, Steven M. Pettit (Tracy) and Jerri L. McGill; and her grandchildren, Rachel L. Greene, Lisa M. Truesdell (Matthew), Joseph B. Pettit, Amy M. Dunham, Lauren A. Dilthey (Brian), Colin A. McGill and Mackenzie A. Manire. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
