She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Aaron Washington, Josephine Jones, Nancy Ravenell and David Wiggins. She is survived by: her parents, David Wiggins and Cynthia Ann Washington (Wiggins); her children, David Steven Wiggins (Sholonda), Dario Seville Wiggins, Sade Mayo (Kurt) and Diamond Shantel Smith (Cecil); and her brothers, Scott A. Washington, Kevin A. Wiggins, Victor L. Hollowell and David Wiggins III (Tawana). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
