She was predeceased by: her son Gary; and her husband Joe. She is survived by: her son John (Marti); and her grandchild Brooke Masek.

She survived the pandemic but slipped away quietly on the morning of December 4th. She was buried in a private service at Bohemian National Cemetery in Omaha during the height of the pandemic.
