In the sacred silence of farewell, Benjamin is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Benjamin's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Joseph Blankman; and his stepgrandfather Dan Bond. He is survived by: his wife Ashley; his stepsons, Bennett and Logan Costanza; his parents, Marilynn Mendick (Jeff) and Bill Sefranek (Julia); his sister Gabbie Sefranek (Brett Pascale); and his grandmothers, Marilynn Fryzek Blankman and Mary Bond. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Funeral & Cremation Services - 90th (3809 N 90th St, Omaha, NE 68134). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mendick Home- Sokol Camp (29305 Platte River Plaza, Waterloo, NE 68069).
