She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Wright and Thelma Wright (Corey); her son Richard Mark Mathys; her husband Don; her siblings, Alan, Darrell, Richard, Robert Wright, Norma Pedersen Hansen and Marilyn Wright (Frank Kostal) of Bella Vista, Arkansas; and her siblings-in-law, David Pedersen, Stan Hansen, Jim Rose and Gwnne Wright.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Nancy Wright of Omaha, Martha Wright of Dunlap, Norma Jean Rose of Deloit, Patricia Crouch of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Larry Mathys (Lonya) of Denison, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Soldier Lutheran Church (223 Lark St, Soldier, IA 51572).
