He is survived by: his parents, Marcus Brown and Shinnen Brown; his siblings, Trae, Paeton and Ashton Brown; his grandparents, Deb Holliday (Steve) of Ogallala and Mark Brown (Millie) of Ogallala; his aunt Michelle Williams of Ogallala; his uncles, Dewey Brown and Stanley Gunter; his great-uncle Dale Hornkohl; and his cousins, Isabella, Ayden, Myles and Lydian Crowe.

A memorial has been established in Tate's memory for later designation.
