It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rockney Dean Skinner of Ogallala, Nebraska, born in Big Springs, Nebraska, who passed away on March 24, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Charlene Patricia Skinner (Pat); and his parents, Neal Skinner and Mildred Skinner Brill. He is survived by: his son Justin Roberts (Kimmy) of Omaha, NE; his siblings, Rolland Skinner (Pat) of Hay Springs, NE, Cleonne Steinmiller (Gordon) of Fort Collins, CO, Kristie Brill Switzer (Joseph) of Estes Park, CO and Brenda Brill Gimeson (Henry) of Windsor, CO; his mother-in-law Ruth McNally; and his sister-in-law Tami Conaway of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
