She was predeceased by: her brother Thomas D. "Tom" Swader Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Alvin LeRoy Amack; her children, Victoria (Gabriel Blea), Robert (Valerie Paul Amack), Helen Marie (Chris Nelson) and Mary Ann (John Cline); and her brothers, Andy O'Brien of Omaha and Bill Bryant of St. Louis, Missouri.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in Norma's memory for later designation by her family.
