He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Riedel and Viola Riedel (Leake); his granddaughters, Olivia and Peyton; and his aunt Shirley Leake.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen (McCarville); and his children, Amber Grafford (Jason), Timothy Riedel of Ogallala, Patrick Riedel (Shelby) of Kearney, Shawna Riedel of North Platte and Kylee Riedel of Gothenburg. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren.
