She was predeceased by: her parents, John McMullen and Katie McMullen (Phill); her husbands, Dale Schwasinger and Marvin Carriker; and her siblings, Nina, Janet and LeRoy.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Dale Ness of Ogallala, Jennifer, Ryan, Keith, Gregg Schwasinger (Pam) of Kimberling, MO and Dave Schwasinger (Julie) of Ogallala; her grandsons, Michael and Adam; her son Richard Schwasinger (Diane) of Wichita, KS; her granddaughters, Mindy and Tiffany; her son Brad Schwasinger (Jackie) of Elizabeth, CO; her grandchildren, Kristen and Milissa; her stepson Steve Carriker (Mary); her stepgrandchildren, Corey Carriker (Jen), Jared Carriker (Tonya) and Kimber Yonkers (Pete); her stepdaughter Deb Fitzke (Randy); her stepgrandchildren, Jenna Pieper (Jerome Linderman), Scott Fritzke (Bridget) and Krista Calderon; her stepson Ken Carriker (Vivian); her stepgrandchildren, Derek Carriker, Matthew Carriker and Bryn Carriker; and her sisters, Carol Adams and Arlinda Batt (Rocky). She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren and twenty step-great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
