He was predeceased by: his mother Deanna Wolford; his stepfather Jerry Wolford; and his parents-in-law, Jack and Marlene Ringer. He is survived by: his father Ken Collins (Michele) of Iowa; his wife Michelle Collins of Ogallala; his daughter Jennifer (Jesus); his grandsons, Anthony and Andrew Casillas of Texas; his child Kylee (Josh); and his grandchildren, Kinlee and Baby Jack Mehdinia of Beatrice. He is also survived by siblings; and many nieces and nephews.
