He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hagge and Mary Hagge (Trotter); his wife Dorothy Ann; his great grandchild William Edward Hardin; his siblings, Robert and Kathryn; and his parents-in-law, Clarence and Ethel Worden.

He is survived by: his former wife Dorothy "Dot" Worden; his children, Angela Kolste (Bart) of Ogallala, Stephanie Burton of Montgomery, Tamara Hagge (Dick Armstrong) of Maricopa, Kenneth Hagge (Tamara) of Summerville and Marty Hagge (Judi) of Phoenix, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Brittany Hardin (Justin) of Paxton, Michelle Kennett (Ben) of Montgomery, Scott Burton (Julia) of Phoenix, Trent Kolste (Melissa) of Steamboat Springs, Drew Anderson of Aurora, Courtney Kolste of Long Beach, Dax Anderson of Fort Collins, Greg Hagge (Courtney) of Phoenix, Aaron Hagge (Jamie Black) of Phoenix, Alyson Hagge (Harrison Bowers) of Phoenix, Alexandra Marino (Phillip) of Goose Creek and Kenneth Hagge III (Kimberly) of Raleigh. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; other relatives; and friends.

Memorials are suggested to the First United Methodist Church at Ogallala or the Keith County Foundation Fund in his memory.
