He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slagle and Myrtle Slagle; and his wife Nancy Shearer. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Slagle of Monnett, MO, Mike Slagle of Phoenix, AZ and Brian Slagle of Sidney; and his siblings, Ted Slagle of Ogallala, Jeanne Sherman of Douglas, WY and Max Slagle of Darwin, Australia. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established in Jerry's memory for later designation.
