He was predeceased by: his parents, George Armstrong and Ruth Armstrong (Walker); his daughter Jacque; his siblings, Patricia and Johnny; and his son-in-law Rick Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lou; his children, Michael Scott (Nancy) of Ogallala and Jill Adams of Chandler, AZ; his brothers, Michael of North Platte and Bill (Diane) of Ogallala; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Ashley, Mallory, Elizabeth and Katherine. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions to the First Congregational United Church of Christ of Ogallala or a family memorial fund to be designated at a later time.
