He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold DeVoe and Darlene DeVoe (Johnson); his wife Marita; and his siblings, Karen Helmuth, James DeVoe and Denise Gies.
He is survived by: his parent-in-law Marita Bahnsen; his children, Darin, Dana Foster (Trevor) of Ogallala and Deb Roland of Ogallala; his grandchildren, Dane (Jamie), Demi, Mattea and Carson; his great grandchild Knox; his stepgranddaughters, Shyanne and Cidney; his stepgreat-granddaughter Cooper; his siblings, DeeAnn Lind (Lance) of Laramie, WY, Bob DeVoe of Laramie, WY, Konee Carlson of Ogallala and Bruce DeVoe of Ogallala; his siblings-in-law, Noel and Kareln Bullock of Grant; and also, Dana and Debra. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established in Harold's memory for later designation.
