He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Ruppert and Donna Ruppert (Swanson); his brother Daryl Ruppert; and his sister-in-law Darla Ruppert. He is survived by: his wife Jane Anderson (Hasselquist) of Ogallala; his brother David Ruppert of McCook; his nephew Dylan Ruppert (Jessie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sterling and Quincie of Curtis, Nebraska; and his stepchildren, Stephanie Lemonds (Jason) of Ogallala, Robin Cobaugh (Gary) of Ogallala, Elizabeth Anderson of Ogallala and Mark Anderson (Becky). He is also survived by nine step-grandchildren; and one step- great-granddaughter.
