She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Appleyard and Lela Appleyard (Bowser); her husband Jerry; and her brother Gene Appleyard. She is survived by: her former spouse Clarence'Jerry'Lanckriet; her sister-in-law Bonnie Appleyard of Alliance, Nebraska.; and her nieces and nephews, Debbie, Randy Dorenbach, Brenda, Mario Flores, Cheri, JC Gasseling, Pam, Jared Letcher, Cory Appleyard and Cristy Finley.
