He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Murl" Allen and Gladys Alta Allen (Nigh); his brother Herschell; his nephew Mike; and his son-in-law Ryan.
He is survived by: his wife Betty of Oshkosh; his daughters, Dana Martinez of Oshkosh and Tammy Chamberlin (Craig) of Kearney; his grandchildren, Amanda, Nathan, Jesse, Scott, Trenton and Madison; his cousin Bill Jameson (Lynn); his nephew Pat Allen (Sue); and his niece Joanne Allen. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
