He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Cook and Nelda Cook (Armstrong). He is survived by: his wife Connie (Ahlmeyer) of Ogallala; and his children, Mike Cook (Lisa) of Las Vegas, NV, Todd Cook (Deb) of Norfolk and Kim Freed (Steve) of Reno, NV. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
