He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Ray Hornkohl and Carolyn Glenda (Rowley); his brother Dean Hornkohl; and his stepfather Elmer Kurth. He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Pierce; and his siblings, Dale Hornkohl of Ogallala, NE, Deb Holliday of Ogallala, NE and Donna Benker of Sterling, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
