He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Seiler and Ann Seiler (Henner); and his former wives, Wilma Oase (Marty) and Linda Estep (Wayne). He is survived by: his wife Carol Harris (Kelso) of Ogallala; his daughters, Beverly Pneuman (David) of Broomfield, CO and Sheila Haberkon of McCook; and his grandchildren, Bridget, Stephanie, Matthew and Denise. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

A memorial has been established in Dan's memory for later designation.
