He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Halligan and Mabel Halligan (Frates); and his brother Dwight Halligan. He is survived by: his wife Joanie Smyth of Ogallala; his children, Tara Masek (Brad) of Overland Park, KS, Sean Clinton Halligan (Christine) of Sioux Falls, SD and Erin Blocker (Jeramy) of Lincoln, NE; his grandchildren, Liam, Aiden and Ella Masek; his children, Duncan, Ryker Halligan, Ronan, Finelle and Kilian Trummer; and his sister Shirley (Knudson) of Billings, MT. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
Memorials are suggested to St. Luke's Catholic Church Knights of Columbus.
