She was predeceased by: her mother Lela Blackstone (Meredith); her husband Dale Forsstrom; her son-in-law Danny Flansburg; and her siblings, Joan Fryman and Chuck Blackstone.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Flansburg of Ogallala, Kathy Collins (Gene) of Castlerock, Colorado and Doug Forsstrom (Kristin) of Lone Tree, Colorado; her grandchildren, Darby Flansburg (Erica) of Ogallala, Dustin Flansburg (Liesel) of Falcon, Shawn Forsstrom (Katy) of Arvada, Sara Vaughn (Dan) of Parker and Chad Collins (Meredith) of Parker, Colorado; her great grandchildren, Sadie, Tenlie, Addlie, Gavin, Cason Flansburg, Rylan, Henry Vaughn and Grayson Forsstrom; her sister LaVonne Blackstone of Ogden; and her sister-in-law Eloise "Cookie" Kampbell (Marv) of Hay Springs. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in her memory.
