She was predeceased by: her son Jacob Michael McVay; her nephew Luke Daniel Blackman; her great-niece Maya Blackman; her grandparents, Ralph, Edith Dungan (Miner) and Eloise Graves; and her aunts, Lois Franklin and Hazel Johnston.
She is survived by: her daughter Ashton Simmerman (Dell); her grandchildren, Dalton (Mahum), Alex, Shane Simmerman, Jacob James McVay, Morgan Lile, John, Wyatt Elmshauser, Evelyn, Devin, Emily Elmshauser and Raegyn; her parent Cena Graves of Ogallala; and her sisters, Teresa Jarvis (Penfield) of Ogallala, Jennifer Blackman (Carson) of Roscoe and Sara Schimonitz (Bernie) of Elsie. She is also survived by three nieces; five nephews; twenty-one great nieces and nephews.
