She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Frear and Verna Frear (Bose); her husband Ernie Miller; her daughter Tammy; and her brothers, Jim and Bob Frear.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Hayes (Richard) of Chappell, Rita Kintz (Dave) of Brule and Tanya Miller of Ogallala; her adoptive son Rhode of Ogallala; her grandchildren, Tabetha, Jordan (Breanne) and Thomas; and her brother Jack Frear of Oxford. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established in Alta's memory for later designation.
