Walter C. Shanek Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Shanek and Julia Shanek (Matthews); his wife Betty Shanek; his sister Mildred Spitsnogle; his brother-in-law Everett; his nephew Daniel Spitsnogle; his sister Doris Riggert; and his brother-in-law Henry Riggert.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Lee Shanek (Janice DeMont) of Macomb, MI and Cheryl Ann Laux of Bridgeport, NE. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials will be given to the Odell United Methodist Church and Odell Cemetery.
