He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Zegers and Cecilia Zegers (Sauser); and his siblings, Dennis Zegers (Elaine), Duane Zegers and Constance Sabatka (Darrel).
He is survived by: his brothers, Ronald Zegers (Christine) of Lincoln and Robert Zegers (Deanna) of Bellwood; and his sister-in-law Jeannie Zegers of Octavia. He is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews, numerous great nieces and nephews.
