He is survived by: his former wives, Donna Ubben and Sharon Fisher; his children, Jayson, Spouse, Brenda Knapp, Kim Johnson and Nathan Johnson; and his grandchildren, Tyson Milam, Ricky Milam, Benjamin Knapp, Broderick Whitfield, Kaila Verbeck, Logan Verbeck, Kamron Johnson and Reagan Johnson. He is also survived by son Great-Grandchildren.
